What is the difference between each fabric?

How do I request fabric samples?
Navigate to our fabric samples page for more information on obtaining them.
I have received my samples, but the one that I wanted is no longer on the website...what happened to it?
Unfortunately, if the fabric is not showing up on the web site, it is currently out of stock.
Do you have anymore fabrics other than listed on the site?
All the fabrics that are listed on the site are what we have in stock.
What type of care is needed for the fabrics?
Each fabric has special cleaning instructions. Navigate to our fabrics facts page for detailed information on the fabrics, or navigate to our cleaning tips page.
Cushions
Do you have anything that will fit my furniture?
In order to answer that question, we need to know the measurements of your furniture and/or your cushion.
What is the most effective way to get and read measurements?
Navigate to our how to measure page for more information. When making your measurements, please be certain that the cushions match the measurements you submit to us. Take all the steps needed to be sure of your decision.
Are the cushions water-proof?
Unfortunately, they are not. The fabrics placed on the cushions are water resistant, but not fully water proof. If your cushions do get wet, turn them on their sides as the water will tend to run out quicker and may result in faster drying times. Because our cushions are designed for outdoor use, they do dry quickly. Do not place them in a dryer.
Are the buttons on your cushions covered in fabric?
No, all of our buttons are plastic. Customers have the option to choose their buttons during the checkout process.
If my cushions get dirty, what should I do to clean them?

If I tell you what kind of furniture that I have, could you tell me what kind of cushions that I need?
Unfortunately, the only way to help you find cushions is by knowing your measurements.
Can I send my old cushions in to get new covers?
Sorry, we can only make brand new cushions.
Umbrellas
Can I get an umbrella to match my cushion fabric?
You most certainly can. When choosing your umbrella, you are given numerous fabric selections just like the cushions are presented.
How is the quality on your umbrellas?
The quality of all of our umbrellas is much higher than those that can be purchased through mass merchants.
What is the pole diameter of the umbrellas poles?
Every pole that we carry is the standard size of 1.5 inches.
Can I purchase just the fabric top for the umbrella?
Unfortunately, there are no guaranties that the 'skin' will fit due to the number of ribs and shape of the umbrella.
Receiving/Placing your Order
If I placed a order right now, how long would it take recieve it?

Do you have any cushions or umbrellas in stock?
All of our cushions and umbrellas are custom made to each order. Most items on your order will have to be hand-made which consists of measuring, cutting material, sewing, filling, and then packaging.
How do I determine shipping costs?
Shipping costs differ depending on your location. For more information on this, navigate to our shipping page for more information.
It has been well over my the due date ... where is my order?
Customers are notified of any situations that may cause a delay promptly through email or phone if no email is present.
I have tried to place the order, but I don't think that it went through ... what should I do?
When your order is complete and submitted, you should receive a detailed email confirmation. If you did not receive an email confirmation, please contact us.
I want to specify a size for a given cushion, where do I specify?
When you get to the part where you are entering your billing and shipping information, there will be a comments box. Simply enter the measurements that you need in there with the corresponding cushion ID number and we will be sure to see it.
Order Status
What is the best way to check on the status of my order?
When we search for an order status, we will need the ship-to name. When orders are submitted into our system, the are sorted by the exact ship-to name that is on the same email order confirmation as you have.

Calling
What information should I provide when calling?
Make certain that you have all your information ready and help can be provided promptly. If a message is to be left, please provide the following information when calling: Your full name, your call back number, brief message.
My calls are not being returned, why is that?
Due to the large volume of incoming and outgoing calls, it is difficult to return all calls promptly.
I don't want to wait for someone to call me back, what should I do?

I have received the busy signal multiple times on the phone and can not get through, what's wrong?
Due to the large volume of incoming and outgoing calls, the phone line may be tied up at times.
What is the best time to call?
Although the site is open 24 hours a day, we are available to answer calls and respond to emails Monday - Friday 9am - 4:30pm Indiana Time.
Trouble Shooting
There is something wrong with my order, what should I do?
Fill out our contact form and state what the problem is. This provides us with a documented record of the issue, and also helps relay the message to production for instructions on what we can do to fix the problem.
The fabric doesn't match the one that I see on the site ... what's wrong?
Because every computer monitor may present a fabric in a different way, we offer fabric samples so that you may see exactly what you are going to be getting prior to ordering.
I am having difficulties on the web site ... what should I do?
